1. Step 1: Client Inquiry & Brand Consultation
The process begins with the first contact between our team and the client. During this initial consultation, we focus on understanding the brand vision, target market, and product requirements. We discuss the type of garments to be developed, such as casual wear, sportswear, or activewear, along with quantities, budget expectations, fabric preferences, branding needs, and delivery timelines. This step allows us to evaluate feasibility, provide transparent guidance, and outline a clear production roadmap tailored to startups and B2B brands.
2. Step 2: Tech Pack Creation & Product Development
Once the project scope is defined, we move into the tech pack design and product development stage. At this point, the client’s ideas, sketches, or reference designs are transformed into a detailed technical document that serves as the foundation for production. The tech pack includes technical drawings, measurement charts, fabric specifications, color references, stitching and construction details, and clear instructions for printing, embroidery, labels, and packaging. This step ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process and minimizes the risk of errors during production.

3. Step 3: Sample Development & Approval
After the tech pack is finalized and approved, we proceed with sample development. Using the specified fabrics and trims, we create a pre-production sample that represents the final product. The sample is then shared with the client for review, and any necessary adjustments are made until final approval is received. This stage provides full confidence before moving into bulk manufacturing.

4. Step 4: Bulk Production & Quality Control
With the approved sample as a reference, bulk production begins. Fabrics and trims are sourced in volume, and the manufacturing process is carefully planned to meet agreed timelines. Cutting, stitching, printing or embroidery, and finishing are carried out under strict quality control standards. Multiple inspections are conducted during and after production to ensure correct measurements, consistent fabric quality, durable construction, and accurate branding. Only garments that meet the approved standards are prepared for packing.
5. Step 5: Shipping & Global Delivery
The final stage is shipping and delivery to the client’s address. Finished garments are packed according to the client’s requirements, and all necessary export and shipping documentation is prepared. Depending on the client’s location, budget, and urgency, orders are shipped by air freight, sea freight, or express courier. Tracking details are provided, and our team supports the client until the goods are successfully delivered, completing a smooth and reliable private label clothing production experience.
