We accept only bank transfers. At the start of collaboration we ask for 100% payment in advance. After we establish a long-term collaboration we can offer 50% in advance and 50% before the goods leave the production facility.
MOQs are flexible to support startups and growing brands, depending on product type, fabric, and customization. Starting with 70 pieces per product (mixed sizes).
Sample preparation typically takes 2 weeks, while bulk production usually takes 4–6 weeks if fabrics are in stock. Exact timelines are confirmed before production begins.
Even with multiple quality checks in place, occasionally a piece may pass inspection and a defect is discovered after the client begins using the product. In such cases, we ask the client to provide photo evidence of the defective item along with additional relevant information. In most situations, the defective pieces are either replaced or their value is deducted from the next bulk order, ensuring a fair and efficient resolution while maintaining trust and long-term collaboration.
We ensure quality at every stage. Each garment is made based on an approved tech pack and sample, with continuous inspections during bulk production to ensure measurements, fabric consistency, stitching, and branding meet our high standards.
We comply with international quality and ethical standards. Certifications may include OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, and others depending on materials.
Our operation includes 200+ employees, 150+ machines, a 2,000 m² production and warehouse facility, and over 10 years of experience. We’ve produced 1 million+ garments for 50+ brands globally.
Our facilities are in Pakistan, equipped with modern machinery and a skilled team. For EU orders, we work through an import-export partner in Slovenia, allowing delivery without customs fees or additional shipping costs.
